Used external codes/hacks to play as Rack in the PS1 version of Rise 2: Resurrection. Read on below for his moves and more information...
This is a shortened play-through of 1-player mode with Rack. He is an unselectable/unplayable character, which means that external codes/hacks must be used to play as him. Here are his moves (incomplete):
-- Fireball: D,DF,F + [P] -- Rising Fireball: D,DB,B + [P] -- Low Fireball: B,DB,D + [P] -- Jumping Attack: don't know -- Lightening Strike: don't know
SUPER MOVE (requires gauge full)
He is almost a clone of the regular character Deadlift with some differences here and there, both in design and game-play. As a non-regular character, he does high damage to regular characters.

About Rise 2: Resurrection
This game is the sequel to Rise Of The Robots, and this time round it's not as bad as the prequel. They've made the roster quite large, and the game retains it's 6-button attack system.
Overall it's playable, but it's very basic and boring. The fact that robots/mechs lack personality doesn't help either, and the special moves are quite hard to perform. The game features a theme composed by Brian May.
