This is a shortened play-through with Vitrol in the PS1 version of Rise 2: Resurrection. Read on below for his moves and more information...
This is a shortened play-through of Arcade Mode using Vitrol. He is a boss character in this game and can be legitimately unlocked and selected, therefore no external code/hacks are required to select him. Here are his moves (incomplete):
-- Missile: D,DF,F + [P] -- Uppercut: F,D,DF + [P]
SUPER MOVE (requires gauge full)
-- Assist: B,DB,D,DF,F,DF,D,DB,B + [P]
How to select Vitrol
On the character select screen, input the following:
Right, Right, Right, Up, Up, Down, Left, Left, Down, Down
If you've done it right, the cursor will go to the pillar at the bottom and Vitrol will be highlighted. From here Vitrol will be unlocked.
He seems to be a random boss of the game, because he doesn't always appear in the 1-player route. His damage output is closer to a regular character, because he is legitimately playable after all.
He is almost a clone of the regular character Steppenwolf.

About Rise 2: Resurrection
This game is the sequel to Rise Of The Robots, and this time round it's not as bad as the prequel. They've made the roster quite large, and the game retains it's 6-button attack system.
Overall it's playable, but it's very basic and boring. The fact that robots/mechs lack personality doesn't help either, and the special moves are quite hard to perform. The game features a theme composed by Brian May.
